To enter, all you have to do is:
1. Post a photo featuring the Fit Aussies product on Instagram or Facebook (either a post or story).
2. Tag us: @FitAussiesCo on Instagram or on Facebook.
3. Make sure your profile is public so we can see your entry.
Every month, one participant will be chosen to receive free online personal training. Consider it a little boost toward improving your health and fitness.

1. PROMOTER

2. ELIGIBILITY
2.1. Entry is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees of Digital Commerce Group Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are ineligible to enter.
2.3. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with their local laws and regulations.
3. COMPETITION PERIOD
3.1. Each month, participants may enter the Fit Aussies Monthly Giveaway from the 1st day to the last day of the calendar month.
3.2. Digital Commerce Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1. To enter the Monthly Giveaway, participants must:
- Post an original image featuring a Fit Aussies product on Instagram or Facebook as either a post or story.
- Tag @FitAussiesCo (Instagram) or Fit Aussies (Facebook) in the post or story.
- Ensure their account is public so entries can be viewed.
4.2. Each unique post is counted as one (1) entry. Participants may enter multiple times with different content.
4.3. By entering, participants grant Digital Commerce Group Pty Ltd an irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, modify, adapt, publish, and publicly display their submitted content (including images, videos, and captions) for marketing and promotional purposes across all media channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and advertising.
4.4. Participants waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law.
5. WINNER SELECTION
5.1. Monthly Giveaway: The Fit Aussies marketing team will select the winner based on:
- The most well written and thoughtful entry
- Creativity in expressing why Fit Aussies Products matters
- How well the image aligns with the Fit Aussies brand.
5.2. This is a game of authenticity, and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
6. PRIZES
6.1. Monthly Prize: 3 months of free online personal training, commencing within 14 days of the winner announcement.
6.2. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods or services.
7. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT & NOTIFICATION
7.1. The Monthly Giveaway winner will be announced on the 5th of the following month via Fit Aussie's official social media accounts.
7.2. Winners will also be contacted via direct message. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, Digital Commerce Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to select another winner.
8. PRIVACY & DATA COLLECTION
8.1. Personal details provided by winners will only be used for prize distribution and will not be shared with third parties.
8.2. By entering, participants agree to Digital Commerce Group Pty Ltd using their content and social media handles for promotional purposes.

9.1. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Supercheap Auto, or any other platform.
9.2. Digital Commerce Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.
9.3. To the extent permitted by law, Digital Commerce Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in this competition.
